Esma Aydos is an entrepreneur and seasoned investor with over 7 years of hands-on experience in Miami’s short-term rental and income-producing real estate market. She co-founded IMD Miami with a vision to blend hospitality, performance, and design into a new standard for vacation rental management.
Before launching her real estate career, Esma worked internationally as a Marketing Director across the food & beverage, retail, and commercial real estate sectors — including with global firms like Multi Development and Jones Lang LaSalle. Her expertise spans brand management, strategic marketing, guest experience, and property positioning — all key elements that now define the IMD Miami approach.
She holds a Master’s Degree and continues to lead the brand with a sharp focus on guest satisfaction and investor success.

Alican Aydos is an experienced entrepreneur in real estate development, construction, and vacation rental management. With more than 7 years of active leadership in Miami’s short-term rental market, he brings a deep understanding of operational efficiency, asset performance, and guest-centered management.
His background includes international development of luxury residential properties and hands-on project execution in the construction and real estate sectors. Today, Alican focuses on operational oversight, revenue optimization, and marketing channel performance across IMD Miami’s expanding portfolio.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and remains deeply involved in every stage of the investment and rental lifecycle.
